Reconnecting with Your Purpose: A Workshop for Women of Color Academics

This is a workshop for women of color academics who feel weighed down by the daily rigors and systemic inequalities of academia. This workshop will help you reconnect with your purpose and discover strategies to renew your energy and create more work-life balance. Through facilitated activities, questions, and discussion, you will center your values and regain inspiration. As a group, we will identify common obstacles and ways to overcome them in order to thrive. Our intent is to build a community of support. Graduate students, adjuncts, postdocs, and faculty members in all fields are welcome.
